Glenda MacDonald has extensive marketing, advertising, and sales management experience in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her private sector experience was gained in the steel, telecommunications and magazine publishing industries in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) roles. Prior to joining Excellence Canada (formerly National Quality Institute), Glenda was the Manager of the McMaster eBusiness Research Centre (MeRC) at McMaster University. Joining Excellence Canada in 2008 as the Relationship Manager she is building stronger connections with partners and potential partnersin coordination with the sales and training/coaching staff. An enthusiastic adopter of emerging communication tools, she is utilizing current social media tools and other innovative solutions in addition to personal contact to enhance two-way communication. Her focus is on understanding Excellence Canada's client needs and ensuring that they receive full value for their investment. Glenda holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (BA) from University of Waterloo and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & International Business from McMaster University.
