For an efficient, creative and convincing teamwork.

Although innovative, the approaches I use to work in groups have been around a long time, and have demonstrated efficiency in all kinds of contexts and in many countries around the world. Whatever the environment (community organization, government, private sector, NGOs) and whatever the cultures present, human beings have in common that they like to contribute to something important, something bigger than themselves. It is on this desire to accomplish something that we will draw, on the passion for a common goal. We will thus allow each participant to contribute his or her very best, for the benefit of the entire group and organization.

In a climate of equality, respect and trust, we will:

• break silos and hierarchical obstacles,
• explore ideas and possibilities,
• have authentic and productive conversations, and
• accomplish much more than we would have in a traditional meeting format.
