The Genuine Contact™ Program, a holistic approach to organizational effectiveness

It is a great pleasure for me to collaborate with Courage Group International Inc. to offer a series of experiential training sessions within the Genuine Contact™ program workshops, created by Birgitt and Ward Williams. The program focuses on attending to organizational health and balance as a foundation for organizational success.

The program uses meetings as a catalyst for organizations to develop as conscious, life nurturing, and interconnected creative organizations. Members of the organization learn to manage differently. The process is organic so that every organization brings about its own unique change from within.

These workshops are the main components of the program, which leads to becoming a conscious Open Space organizations, which we call a Genuine Contact organization.

After any one of these workshops, participants have on-going access to mentoring and support through the international Genuine Contact TM professionals network (www.genuinecontact.net).
