All About Excellence lets players improve a company’s excellence through influencing workers and thereby changing the office environment.
After improving a few companies, players are asked to pick which company they think is most excellent.

“Little things in the workplace can make a big difference”





Influence:

Players interact with the game world by influencing workers. Since players are “god-like”, they can influence what the workers say, do, and even think. A customer service representative is a little brusque with a customer; players can suggest better ways for him to handle the call. Senior management recognizes the need to improve excellence, but is stalled in endless focus groups and paralysis by analysis; players can influence their meetings towards a
constructive outcome.

By moving the mouse over a person, meeting, or work area, players can eavesdrop on what is going on. If the situation can be made more excellent, players may suggest alternatives attitudes and behaviors.


Environment:

As players improve excellence, they see the impact on the
company environments. People will be happier; the office will nicer; workers will be more productive; co-workers will treat each other better.


Comparison:

After influencing a few companies (and hopefully making them more excellent) players choose which company they believe to be most
excellent. The most excellent company will be the one which players made the most improvements to, which gives players a personal interest in the choice.
