Learn how an organization can transform, become more successful, and be recognized for excellence by developing and implementing a healthy workplace strategy using NQI’s Progressive Excellence Program (NQI PEP®), which guides the implementation process through the use of proper planning and evaluation.


This 1- or 2-day** course will provide a Healthy Workplace® Planning Model and outline the planning process required to design and implement a Healthy Workplace® Plan. Evaluation is a key component to the overall planning process and the types of evaluation required will be explained and demonstrated. It will also familiarize you to the Level 2 Criteria and the NQI PEP® program. By taking each criterion in Level 2 and applying it to specific organizations the full planning and evaluation requirements for a healthy workplace are revealed.


**Length of course is dependent upon it being a public course (1-day) or an in-house course (2-day). The additional day for an in-house course is required to assure a complete assessment of the organization is completed for NQI PEP® Level 2 Healthy Workplace.)
